The present application has been filed for releasing the permanent alimony amount of Rs.11,00,000/- along with interest, if any, to the applicant after proper identification, which was deposited by the respondent before the Registry in connection with case no. Mat.APP.12 of 2024(D/O). For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court upon consideration of the economic hardship of the applicant, directs the Registry to release the entire permanent alimony in favour of the applicant after proper identification as per procedure.
