The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kundahit P.S. Case No. 12/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 26/2025, for the offences registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 96, 87, 65(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4, 6, 17 & 21 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara. 3. It is alleged that co-accused Karan Hadi enticed away daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 in which she has stated that she was having love affair with the co-accused Karan Hadi and petitioner has told her to elope with co-accused. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara in connection with Kundahit P.S.
