Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Nur Amin, has prayed for bail in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 260/2025 under Section 64(2) (m)/109(1)/3(5) of BNS read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. It is submitted by the Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case. 4. The learned counsel also appears on behalf of the informant for the respondent No.2. 5. An additional affidavit has been filed annexing an agreement and it is stated in the Para No.4 of the affidavit that the settlement of the informant is not objecting to grant bail. 6. The learned counsel appearing for the informant supports the said contention. In the given facts and circumstances, the said aspect can be taken into account for the purpose of bail. 7. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, who is in custody since 14.06.2025 shall be released on bail in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 260/2025 under Section 64(2)(m)/109(1)/3(5) of BNS read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court Special Judge, POCSO, Dhubri. 8. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the accused person shall co-operate with remaining investigation; (b) That the accused persons shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and 9.
