Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To issue an order or direction to expedite the execution of the order dated 10.09.2018 in the proceedings of the case bearing no. M-21/2019 (Smt. Purnima Singh Vs. Hanumant Singh @ Deepu)." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the opposite party no.1 to expedite the execution of the order dated 10.09.2018 in the proceedings of the case bearing no. M-21/2019 (Smt. Purnima Singh Vs. Hanumant Singh @ Deepu), pending before him/her, expeditiously in accordance with law. 6. In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
