Heard Mr. Ramanand Yadav learned counsel for petitioners and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider and provide the consequential service benefits to the petitioner after revising/upgrading/amending pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- of the deceased husbands of the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.1996 along with interest @ 18% including arrears of the differences of salary etc. pursuant to judgment and order dated 27.08.2025 passed in special appeal no.541 of 2011 & judgment & order dated 26.08.2010 passed in writ petition bearing no.1060 (S/S) of 2010. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to re-determine/re-fix family pension of the petitioners after providing the revised/upgraded/amended pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- to the deceased husbands of the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 06.11.2003." 3. Since petitioners' grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to make fresh individual representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Finance, Govt. of U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow. In case such a representations are filed, the same are required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
