The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 50/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 109 & 232(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Sahibganj. 3. On 18.05.2025 at about 9:30 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have fired outside the house of the informant to deter him from disposing as witness in a case relating to Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 96/2024. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 5.
