Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 19.03.2025 received from Incharge Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Unnao, submits that after completion of investigation, charge sheet No.647/2024 dated 15.12.2024 has been forwarded in the Court of learned A.D.J./Special Judge, POCSO Act, Court No.11, Unnao on 06.01.2025, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
