By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Safipur, District Unnao to conclude an inquiry against the opposite party no.5 in furtherance of a direction issued by this Court by means of its order dated 2.8.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 29899 (M/S) of 2019. 3. On the basis of written instructions, the learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court that the proceedings already stands concluded and a termination order has been passed on 30.11.2025. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
