Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Amendment application filed today seeking correction of nomenclature of opposite party No.2 is taken on record and is allowed. 3. Consequently, amendment shall be carried out during the course of the day. 4. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to regularize the services of the Petitioner w.e.f 20.12.2001 and grant him all service benefit along with arrear and interest within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to treat the Petitioner to be regularize w.e.f 20.12.2001 and make the payment of post retiral dues and pension after attaining the age of superannuation within the time stipulated by Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohammad Tauseef Siddiqui, Shiv Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Salauddin Khan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Ayush Anubhag-1 Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) this Hon'ble Court. (iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to extend the benefit of the order dated 06.05.2025 passed in Special Appeal No. 607 of 2024 (State of U.P. and 2 Others vs. Chandra Mohan Yadav) and other similar matter which are affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court." 5. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Unnani Services, Government of U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order in light of judgment of Chandra Mohan Yadav (supra) in case it is applicable. 6.
