Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept on record. Heard the petitioner who appears in person and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondents. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite an interim order that had been passed by the High Court, the same has been violated and around 50 to 60 persons wearing the robes of lawyer have taken the possession of the land. In case any interim order passed by this Court has been violated it is always be open for the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law but the present writ petition for violation of an interim order passed by this Court would not be maintainable.
