While placing on record communication dated 25.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of notification dated 15.07.2025, whereby department has transferred the petitioner, who is working as Superintendent (Grade-I) from Government College Theog, District Shimla to the office of Deputy Director of Higher Education, Sirmaur at Nahan against vacant post, learned Additional Advocate General states that relief prayed for in the instant petition stands granted to the petitioner and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.
