The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.16 of 2025 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. On 09.10.2024, the petitioners along with co-accused persons intercepted the husband of the informant and committed his murder. There is direct allegation against the petitioners of having committed the murder of the husband of the informant.
