Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report dated 04.09.2025, bearing Case Crime No.0377 of 2025, under Section 3(5), 351(3), 352, 125 of B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District-Sultanpur. 4. On the other hand, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Pramod Kumar Singh Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District-Sultanpur, dated 02.11.2025, states that a charge-sheet has been prepared in the matter and will be submitted soon. 5. Upon the same being pointed out learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anupesh Kumar, Jagdamba Prasad , Shiv Pratap Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
