Affidavit https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P No. 3555 of 2025 of the Inspector of Police was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 8.It is submitted that after completion of investigation, on 28.02.202, Tr.Sugumar, the then Inspector of Police have filed the final report through E-filing vide LTN20220001640D202500010 before the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti and the same was returned. Then, on 03.03.2025, Re-submitted the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti and the same was returned.
