Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.26, Lucknow to decide Criminal Misc. Case No.1540 of 2018, State Vs. Vijay Kumar Yadav, under Section 3/9 of Examination Act, 1982, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though notices have been issued to the complainant, but he has not tuned up for recording his statement. He further submits that case is pending since 2018 and there is no substantial progress in it. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
