The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 404/2024 arising out of Marafari P.S. Case No. 88/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 115(2) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023, subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 109, 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 314/2025 vide order dated 21.01.2025. 4. On 05.10.2024, at about 06:40 P.M., the petitioner inflicted several knife blows on the brother of the informant, due to which he sustained injuries in his stomach. The injuries were found to be grievous in nature. 5. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024. It was further submitted that out of 11 charge-sheeted witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is at fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
