By means of this petition, petitioners have raised a challenge to the FIR dated 14.04.2025 vide Case Crime No. 0060 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5), 109(1), 117(2) B.N.S. 2023 (erstwhile Sections 323, 504, 506, 34, 307, 325 IPC) registered at Police Station Dilippur, District Pratapgarh. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Anupam Patel, Sub Inspector, Police Station Dilippur, District Pratapgarh dated 27.11.2025, that a chargesheet dated 03.08.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority against the petitioners No. 1 & 3 while the name of petitioner No.2 has been dropped during investigation. 4. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them. 5.
