Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):- "(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to pay to the petitioner the salary in the pay band of 5200-20200, grade pay 2400 w.e.f. 16.02.2013 along with arrears thereof, as has been granted in the case of Bhawani Prasad Sahu Vs. State of U.P. (Writ Petition No. 1670/2014 (S/S)) and Saiyed Kazim Imam Vs. State of U.P. (Writ A No. 186/2010 (S/S))." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. Executive Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Division No.1, Public Works Department, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same, in light of aforesaid judgments in case same are applicable, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
