JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 10.02.2025 This is an application seeking stay of the impugned judgment and decree dated 29.07.2010 passed in Probate Title Appeal No.2/05 by the learned Additional District Judge, (FTC) No.2 Kamrup, Guwahati. 2. This Court duly takes notice that vide an order dated 21.01.2011, there was a direction passed by this Court to maintain status quo in respect to the suit property. Taking into account that the accompanying appeal have already been directed for hearing with further liberty to both the parties to file appropriate application for early hearing, this Court is of the view that the status quo order so passed in respect to the suit property be maintained till the disposal of the said accompanying appeal being Intest Case No.1/2011. 3. Accordingly, this Court directs both the parties to maintain status quo in respect to the suit property till the disposal of Intest Case No.1/2011. 4. I.A. stands disposed of.
