No one appeared on behalf of either party when the matter was called. On perusal of the record, it appears that the appellant has not taken steps upon respondent Nos. 6 and 7 pursuant to the order dated 06.08.2019. Although a final opportunity was given to the appellant on 04.11.2022 to take steps against the said respondents. The appellant has failed to take necessary steps despite several opportunities. Thus, the Court finds no ground to keep the appeal pending any further, as it was filed in 2017 and has remained pending for the past nine years.
