Instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to take proper action against the respondents No.6 to 10 in pursuance of the FIR No.217 of 2025 under Section 3(5), 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Sultanpur. 3. Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record. Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paras 6 & 7 of the counter affidavit states that a charge sheet dated 24.05.2025 has been submitted before the learned court on 23.06.2025. 4. Learned A.G.A. further points out that the charge-sheet has been filed after collecting credible evidence from perusal of which it emerges that prima facie the crime committed by the accused is borne out. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the respondents authorities have further proceeded in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
