Instant writ petition was filed by and on behalf of petitioner- JVVNL, questioning the judgment dated 19.01.2017 passed by the Court of Controlling Officer, Payment of Gratuity Act, Baran, directing to pay differential amount of gratuity to the respondent employee as also the final judgment dated 30.08.2018 passed by the Appellate Authority, affirming the aforesaid order. 2. In view of fact that gratuity is right of the employee, counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time and after obtaining instructions of petitioner, does not want to press the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3. Permission is granted. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Stay application and pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 6.
