[2025:RJ-JP:22707] (2 of 2) [CW-7255/2025] Indisputably, the petitioners are working through placement agency with no privity of contract with the official respondents. In view thereof, this Court is not prima facie satisfied that the petitioners are entitled for the relief prayed for. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted time to complete her instructions. List the matter on 15.05.2025 at top of the list as prayed.” Today, none appears for the petitioners even in second round. This Court has, in the case of Ram Khilari and Others Vs. State of Rajasthan and Others: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14835/2021, held that the persons appointed through placement agency cannot seek a writ of mandamus against the official respondents to continue them in service as there is no privity of contract in between them. In view of the aforesaid judgement, this writ petition is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL),J PRAGATI/14
