The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.83 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. Husband of the informant was found hanging in the house of the petitioner.Viscera report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that deceased had died due to poisoning. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. has submitted that deceased was poisoned and thereafter, to give his murder a color of suicide, he was hanged by the accused person. In view of the submissions made above, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
