Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record instruction memo dated 03.01.2025 from the Director of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, alongwith office order dated 30.12.2024. Relevant portion of which, reads as under:- “In view of the above narrated positon, approval received from Govt. on dated 24.12.2024 as well as per order/judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 7448 of 2023, the due and admissible benefits is hereby released to the petitioner on the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - analogy of Babu Ram case. hence, the case of the petitioner has been decided and disposed off. All the concerned be intimated accordingly.” 2. In view of above, the contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged, however, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy against consideration order and also for redressal of his surviving grievances if any, in accordance with law.
