HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 11611 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. Heard Sri Dileep Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pradeep Kumar Pandey, the learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to record the name of the deceased father of the petitioners and thereafter the name of the petitioners and to strike off the names already recorded in the revenue record, on the basis of sale deed dated 08.06.1976. 3. The learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has not filed any application for correction of records before the appropriate authority and, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4. Confronted with the aforesaid objection, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the application and he seeks liberty for the petitioners to file appropriate application before the appropriate authority. 5.
