Cont.P.No.2605 of 2025 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J. vum the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months. Subsequently, the respondent police have filed an application in Crl.M.P.No.15893 of 2025 seeking extension of time. This Court, by an
order dated 22.08.2025, granted further one month and within the period of extension, the respondent police have filed final report through e-filing before the PJ Court, Chennai and the same has now been numbered and taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2025. Hence, the order of this Court, dated 19.12.2025 is complied with and no contempt can be made out against the respondent.
