The petitioner has filed this petition alleging that respondent No.7 has applied for granting licence/NOC for opening a petrol pump outlet, which, according to the guidelines, is not permissible at the location applied for by respondent No.7. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel would submit that, at present, final decision to accept the application towards allotment of petrol pump outlet, has not been taken and the petitioner has already made a complaint on this aspect. 4. Since till date, no decision has been taken to allot petrol pump outlet to respondent No.7, without commenting upon the merits, we direct respondent No.3 to examine the veracity of the complaint made by the petitioner before taking a final decision in the matter of the application made by respondent No.7 for granting NOC for opening the petrol pump outlet in the given survey number. ______________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No. 47227 of 2025 5.
