ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to declare the action of the respondents is as illegal, irregular and inviolation of the Art 14, 16 and 21(a) of the Constitution of India and also the principles laid down in the Judgment in W.P.No.9503/2005 and batch in not considering the application made by the Institution dt.11.3.2004 to the R3 and also another application on 24.3.2018 to fill up the one aided SG Urdu resultant vacancy fell vacant on the retirement of the incumbent by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction deems fit and proper in the above circumstances of the case and consequently direct the R3 to grant permission to the petitioner Institution to fill up the one SGT Urdu and pass…”
2. Heard Smt. K.N.Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State.
3. It is submitted that fresh proceedings dated 20.06.2025 was ordered by the respondent/authorities.

4. In the light of the said proceedings, the writ petitioner requires no consideration and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the fresh proceedings dated
20.06.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
