As per previous direction of this Court, Ms. Pragya Pandey, Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Hasanganj, Unnao has appeared before this Court. It has been informed that against the order passed U/S 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, an application for recall is pending consideration before the competent authority and till the application is decided the execution of the order passed U/S 67 of U.P. Revenue Code may not be possible. 3. It has further been informed this Court that the application for recall shall be considered and decided with expedition. 4. In light of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent, no further direction is required. It is expected that S.D.M., Hasanganj, Unnao shall proceed in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observations / directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
