Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of Non Bailable Warrant dated 2.9.2025 issued against the applicant by the Additional Court, Ayodhya in Complaint Case No.877 of 2024 (Shailesh Yadav vs. Ankit Agrahari) under Section 138 of the N.I. Act as well as further proceedings of the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on one date, the applicant could not appear before the court below, therefore, by the impugned order, non bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant. He submits that the applicant is ready to cooperate in the proceedings before the trial court and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the applicant is directed to move a fresh application for recall of the non bailable warrant issued against him within a period of ten days from today and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Amit Kumar Gupta, Madhavendra Nath Misra, Ramendra Kumar Misra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Ankit Agrahari .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. The Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) if such an application is moved, the court below is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till disposal of the said application, the non bailable warrant issued against the applicant shall remain in abeyance. 5. This application stands disposed of.
