Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. 2. By means of this application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have prayed for quashing the charge dated 23.04.2025 and the summoning order dated 22.09.2025 as well as the entire proceeding arising out of Case Crime 191 of 2023 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 427, 308 IPC, Police Station Baghrai, District Pratapgarh and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.13753 of 2025 (State Vs. Vivek Singh @ Daroga Singh and others), pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants have already been granted bail and they wants to move an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
