By this application, the applicant – Shree Saibaba Sansthan Shirdi is seeking permission to implement resolution No.9 dated 20th January 2025, passed by the Ad-hoc Committee for issuing of e-tender for purchasing 7082 foam mattresses and 3000 folding mattresses for an estimated cost of 4,37,69,084/- ₹ 2. We have perused the contents of application and the resolution, which is at page No.18 of the application. 3. Having perused the contents thereof, we are satisfied that permission can be granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed in Shrikant Malani 2025:BHC-AUG:21350-DB 1228.3.CA.6281.2025.doc terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as follows : “(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution 09 dtd. 20.01.2025 pursuant to which the Applicant Sansthan is permitted to issue E-Tender for purchasing 7082 Foam Mattresses and 3000 Folding Mattresses for which an estimated amount of 4,37,69,084/- is required to be spent.” ₹ (Y.
