Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents in both the petitions. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost common substantive reliefs. Relief clause herein is extracted from CWP No. 10278/2025: - 1. That a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to grant to the petitioners the benefit of higher stage of pay of Rs. 40100/- from the date the petitioners have completed two years of their respective regular service in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 4830/2023 titled Inder Singh Thakur & Ors versus State of H.P & others and further the respondents be directed that the pay of the petitioners Obe re-fixed from the date the petitioners have completed two years of their respective regular service and the respondents be directed to release to the petitioners all the consequential benefits along with arrears at the rate of 9% Registrar per annum. 2. That the respondents may also be directed to release the arrears of pay after re-fixing the pay of the petitioners at Rs. 40100/- from the date the petitioners completed two years of their respective regular service along with interest @9% per annum.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the issue involved in these writ petitions is covered by Inder Singh Thakur Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner(s) have filed representations dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-1 colly) and 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-2 colly) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of their grievances raised in these writ petitions. Learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner(s) would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid 2 CWP No. 4830/2023 decided on 07.04.2025 3 representation(s) of the petitioner(s) in light of the aforesaid decision, within a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation(s) of the petitioner(s), in accordance with law and in terms of the above decision, within a period of six weeks from today.
