The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking quashing of the charge-sheet dated 26-07-2022, cognizance order dated 22-08-2023 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 1492 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Tharwai, district Prayagraj. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicant to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, applicant is permitted to move appropriate application seeking bail before court concerned. 5. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to appear before court concerned and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
