Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State-respondent and perused the record. 2. By means of the present petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for the issuance of directions to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No.27, Sultanpur, to decide the Regular Suit No.395 of 2021 'Ravi Shanker versus Ugrasen Mishra and another', expeditiously and within a stipulated period prescribed by the court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is a suit between the tenant and the landlord. The petitioners are landlord and the respondent no.3 is tenant/plaintiff in the suit. Due to the lingering approach and attitude of respondent no.3, the proceedings under the suit are not progressing and in view of that the interest of the defendants/petitioners is adversely affected. 4. Keeping in view the limited prayer made in the present petition, the court concerned is directed to hear and decide the Regular Suit No.395 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, without granting undue adjournment to either side on the special ground and decide the same within a reasonable time.
