Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent authority should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the letter dated 26.06.2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent authority concerned is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid letter within a period of eight weeks from date in accordance with law. 5.
