The petitioner submits that respondents 3 to 5 are disturbing his 1. X X 2. / \ peace, though there is no criminal case registered against him. Furthermore, he is being repeatedly summoned to the police station without any formal proceedings. The learned Government Pleader representing the Home submits that the 3''^ respondent is not vested with investigative authority in this matter. Rather, it is the 5**^ respondent who generally undertakes the investigation of any criminal case. 3. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has instituted a civil suit, vide G.L.No.3905 of 2025, before the Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Visakhapatnam. Subsequent to filing of the suit, respondents 3 to 5 have continuously been summoning the petitioner at the behest of third parties connected to the said litigation. 5. In view of these submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to 3 WP No.12583 of 2025 » disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following the due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
