GP FOR SERVICES I 2 HCGR,J W.P.No.12853 of 2025 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition challenges G.O.Ms.No.98, Revenue (Vig.VII) Department, dated 20.03.2025, issued by 1st respondent, by which sanction has been accorded for prosecuting petitioner for the offences falling under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2. When the matter was listed on 08.05.2025, learned Standing Counsel for ACB has brought to the notice of this Court that already charge sheet has been filed on 25.04.2025, before the Special Court for trial of ACB cases at Kurnool and as Sri Vijay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for petitioner wants to verify the said aspect, the matter has been adjourned to 17.06.2025. Thereafter, when the matter is now listed, learned Standing Counsel further brought to the notice of this Court that the learned Special Court Judge has taken cognizance of the charge sheet, which has been filed on 13.05.2025, and summons have been issued to the accused therein i.e., the petitioner herein. 3. In view of aforesaid developments, this Court deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to take appropriate recourse in law, by approaching the Special Court to lay challenge to the orders according prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
