1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer an appeal NIRMALA RAO
2 before the Appellate Tribunal according to the provisions of Section 44(2) of RERA Act, 2016.

3. No objection from the other side.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is an alternative remedy to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal according to the provisions of Section 44(2) of RERA Act. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
