ORAL ORDER Heard Sri G.S.Balagangadhar,
learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri Manjunath, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 25.11.2022 (Annexure ‘A’) passed by respondent No.2. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, as the impugned order is passed by respondent No.2 under Section 56 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, the petitioners are having an efficacious remedy

under Section 49(g) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act,
1964.
3. Reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of.
4. It is also made clear that if the petitioners herein file an appeal before competent authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the said appellate authority shall condone the delay of period spent by the petitioners herein before this Court under Section 14 of the Limitation Act. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
5. Registry is directed to return the certified copies to the learned Counsel representing the petitioners after proper replacement of the true copies.
