The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 175 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, pending in the court of Sri Alok Ojha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Rajmahal. It is alleged that the deceased used to come to the house of the petitioner, who resided with her daughter alone. The deceased used to sexually harass her. It is further alleged that the accused persons had laid live electric wire to electrocute the deceased, who was electrocuted. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Ojha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Rajmahal, or his successor, in connection with Radhanagar P.S.
