CMP(M) No. 445 of 2025 Keeping in view the controversy involved and the averments made in the application, we are of the considered opinion that the delay as such of 103 days’ in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 24.04.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.105 of 2021 is liable to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. LPA No. 307 of 2025 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal arising out of SLP(C) No. 1091-1092 of 2023 titled Kashmiri Lal Sharma Vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board & another decided on 03.04.2025, the benefit of the retirement age will only be liable to be accorded w.e.f. 31.05.2018 till 04.11.2019 and therefore the order of the learned Single Judge will be liable to be modified accordingly. Notice. Ms. Priyanka Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2. Notice be issued to respondent No.1, on taking steps within one week, returnable within four weeks. List on 28.07.2025. ( G.S.
