This application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To direct the opposite party No.2, i.e., Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tanda, District- Ambedkar Nagar to expeditiously decide the Computerized Case No. T20140404032787 (Harishchandra Versus Shiv Murat & others) under Section 145 Cr.P.C., pertaining to land Gata No.272 area 15 Biswa and Gata No.68 area 5 Bigha 3 Biswa, situated in Village- Pipri Bishunpur, Police Station- Kotwali Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Case No. T20140404032787 (Harishchandra Versus Shiv Murat & others) is pending since 2008, and the same has not been decided till today. 4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file application before the competent Court, with a prayer for expedite disposal, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such application is filed by the applicant, the Court concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order. 5.
