The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuwatand (Lalpania O.P.) P.S. Case No. 39/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4) & 305(a) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri R. K. Pandey, learned J.M., 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. During the intervening night of 31.08.2024/01.09.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant and several articles were stolen from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
