The Court made the following ORDER:
The writ petition is filed declaring the impugned Circular No.291/VPL/2024-25 (Study Duties) dated 1303.2025 and Circular No.02/VPL/2025-26 (Class Teachers), Dated 17.03.2025, whereby the petitioner was deputed as a Class Teacher after being relieved from the duties of Housemaster, which post he had been officiating in as on 17.10.2022, are illegal and arbitrary. 2. None present for the petitioner. Heard Sri Josyula Bhaskara Rao, learned Central Government counsel, appearing for the respondents. 3. This Court upon considering the submissions made and the material available on record, granted the following interim
order on 04.05.2025:
“By order dated 27.09.2022 passed by 4th respondent relieving petitioner from duty of House Master with effect from 23.09.2022 without allowing the petitioner to complete the balance three years of such course, W.P.No.34461 of 2022 came to be filed before this Court. By order, dated 21.10.2022, status quo was directed to be maintained. Petitioner’s appeal filed before the 2nd respondent against the aforesaid order of 4th respondent came to be rejected, by order dated 16.11.2022. After this Court closed the writ petition by extending status quo for a period of one month, by order, dated 23.01.2025, petitioner preferred second appeal on 07.02.2025 before the 1st respondent which is stated to be pending. Now, the 4th

respondent has by Circular, dated 13.03.2025 allotted regular teaching work to the petitioner rather than awaiting final orders before the second appellate authority. Since, the appeal is pending before the 1st respondent, there shall be interim direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from today after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass speaking order in accordance with law.
2. Learned Deputy Solicitor General takes notice for 6th respondent.
3. Issue notice to respondents 1 to 5.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to respondents 1 to 5 by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service in the Registry.

4. In fact, the services of the petitioner had already been considered, and the petitioner was repatriated as a Class Teacher by relieving him from the duties of Housemaster vide
order dated 17.10.2022. However, on account of the appeal and second appeal preferred by the petitioner, the petitioner continued in the said position.
5. Thereafter, upon considering the submissions made on behalf of both sides, this Court passed the interim order. Subsequently, the respondents considered the second appeal filed by the petitioner and passed orders dated 25.06.2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents placed the said orders dated 25.06.20525 before this Court, and the same are taken on record.
7. In view of the orders passed by respondent No.2 dated 25.06.2025, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no
