Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicants/respondents. Pursuant to order dated 26.6.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No. 10255 of 2025, Joint Secretary (Personnel) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, has filed compliance affidavit, perusal whereof reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be complied with, Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued instructions/guidelines vide communication dated 4.7.2025, in compliance of order passed in the case at hand, to all the Administrative Secretaries to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, all the Heads of the Department of Himachal Pradesh, all Divisional Commissioners, Himachal Pradesh, all the Deputy Commissioners in Himachal Pradesh and all the Managing Directors/ Chief Executive Officers/ Secretaries/ Registrar of Boards/ Corporations/ Govt. Universities/ Autonomous Bodies etc. in Himachal Pradesh to ensure that each and every employee of the State Government will serve at least single tenure in the hard/tribal area and employees who have already served in hard area are not sent/transferred time and again to hard/tribal areas to prevent unnecessary unrest amongst employees and the transfer policy does not remain merely a paper. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed. July 31, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), manjit Judge
