This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for Page No.# 2/3 grant of bail to the petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhekiajuli P.S. Case No.208/2025 under Sections 318(4)/336(3)/308(2)/75(2)/351(2)/79 of the BNS, 2023 R/W Sections 66(c)/67/67(a) of IT Act. 3. The allegations against the petitioner is with regard to certain business transactions between the informant and the accused and in this connection, the petitioner, pursuant to the F.I.R lodged by the informant, was arrested on 22.07.2025 and by now he has already completed 52 days in custody. 4. Considering the nature of allegations and period of detention, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with 2(two) sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Ld. C.J.M, Sonitpur, Tezpur under the following conditions : (i) The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the I/O as and when called for. (ii) The petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses connected with the case. (iii) The petitioner shall not leave his place of residence without the permission of Ld.
