Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, after completion of investigation in 85/2020 on the file of the Kodur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, the Police referred the same as ‘false’. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3.
