In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs: (i) for direction upon the respondents to provide the benefits of ACP/MACP to the petitioner as he is legally entitled on completion of his satisfactory service. (ii) for direction upon the respondent concerned to fixed/release the pension and arrear of pension to the petitioner as well as paid the arrears of salary to the petitioner which was due from 01.03.2017 to December 2017. (iii) for direction upon the respondents to pay all retiral dues as well as other consequential benefits with interest to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has superannuated from service on 28.02.2025 but he has not received any amount. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2-the Deputy Commissioner, Godda, his case will be considered. 2025:JHHC:25866 2 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2- the Deputy Commissioner, Godda who will consider the case of the petitioner. 6. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter. 7. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/
